for an evening of EVP and ITC work in this haunted bed and
breakfast the Manor House. You will actively participate in
the EVP and ITC sessions using ITC Device Prototype I and II
and the Paranormal Puck. Experience live two-way
communication with the spirits of the house!
The price per person is: $ 30.00 (snacks and drinks and a CD
copy of the ITC sessions that you participate in.)
There are 3 double occupancy rooms available for overnight.
The price is $225.00 per couple per room and this includes
the event, the room and breakfast the next morning with
CCPRS and an autographed copy of Mark's book Ghosts of
West Chester. These rooms are first come, first serve.

Join Members of CCPRS
for a dinner/lecture and overnight investigation at the
Manor House in Phoenixville. Dinner will be served in the
main room of the house and a lecture will be given by CCPRS
on investigations present and past. You will see and hear
evidence collected during investigations and have a chance
to interact with the investigators. Bob and Mark from
Voices Carry Paranormal Talk Radio will also discuss
evidence gathered from the ITC research.
Dinner Lecture: 7:30 - 10:00 pm (includes dinner,
lecture and autographed copy of Mark's book Ghosts of
West Chester. Cost: $45.00 per person
Overnight Investigation: 11:00 - 3:00 am or later.
West Chester and breakfast the next morning. PLUS an added
bonus of the investigation. There are 3 double occupancy
rooms available for overnight. Cost: $250.00 per couple
per room.
