On Friday, May 26th members of CCPRS went to Eastern State Penitentiary for a daytime investigation. The nature of the trip was to get familiar with the layout and areas of E.S.P. for a night time investigation that will be scheduled later in the summer.  It was an interesting day and mostly uneventful in regards to paranormal activity, but we did encounter something on the edge of cell block 14.  We will be returning for another day trip on Monday, July 3rd and will conduct a private night time investigation sometime in August.

First picture taken inside the walls of ESP. Sony Mavica 2.0 Digital Camera started out with 122 minutes on the battery. We walked into this cell block and after taking 3 pictures, 20 to 30 seconds later, my camera went to 86 minutes. Note the light anomoly (orb) on the top, center of the first doorway on the right.

Carol took this photo with a 35mm film camera on her first trip to ESP in April of 2006. What is it that is peering up at us? During our 5/26/06 trip we were set out to debunk this photo and were not able to come up with anything conclusive.

This is the original photo from which the previous photo was enlarged. It is in the lower right, from the hallway of the cell block.

This is the corner of the yard, outer wall of the prison where the infamous tunnel escape happened. The tunnel went straight out and just left of the tower in the corner of the wall.
